Old subscriptions
In the 2012-13 season, changes are incorporated in subscriptions of Teatro de la Zarzuela. In this new situation, the old subscribers will have priority over all others when formalizing their new subscription. Here are the conditions for this season.

The period of RENEWAL of these subscriptions will be from 4th till 16th of June, 2012, both dates inclusive. The renewal just may be made in the ticket office of the Teatro de la Zarzuela and for this, will have to show the ticket of La Chulapona subscription performance. The open sale of ZARZUELA SUBSCRIPTIONS will be from 18th of July till 19th of August, 2012, both dates inclusive, for all sale channels. The price is indicated in the SUBSCRIPTIONS TABLE [Zarzuela Subscription (5 performances)]. This price has included a 20% discount on the overall price. Over 65 years will have an additional discount of 40% and those under 30 years, 15%.

The open sale of LIED CYCLE SUBSCRIPTIONS (7 recitals) will be from 5th till 26th of July, 2012, both dates inclusive, for all sale channels. The price is indicated in the SUBSCRIPTIONS TABLE [Lied Cycle Subscription (7 recitals)].

Zarzuela, Opera and Dance subscription(7 performances)
Five shows of zarzuela and opera (¡Ay, amor! / El Juramento / La Reina Mora y Alma de Dios / Marina / Viento es la dicha de Amor) and two shows of dance (Ballet Nacional de España / Compañía Nacional de Danza) included. In each title, seven* performances are considered subscription performances (one of the seven is the premiere subscription)

At the Zarzuela, Opera and Dance subscriptions 3, 4, 5 and 6 will have preference the old zarzuela subscribers. The Zarzuela, Opera and Dance premiere, 1 and 2 subscriptions will go on sale fully.
The open sale of ZARZUELA, OPERA and DANCE SUBSCRIPTION will be from 21st of June till 15th of July, 2012, both dates inclusive.
The price is indicated in the SUBSCRIPTIONS TABLE [Zarzuela, Opera and Dance subscription (7 performances)]. This price has included a 30% discount on the overall price. Over 65 years will have an additional discount of 30% and those under 30 years, 10%.
Zarzuela and Opera subscription(5 performances)

Concerts subscription C(2 concerts)
Two concerts included (Hacia Gesualdo Da Venosa / Música en la Corte). The price is indicated in the SUBSCRIPTIONS TABLE [Concerts Subscription C (2 concerts)]. This price has included a 20% discount on the overall price. Over 65 years will have an additional discount of 40% and those under 30 years, 15%.
The open sale of CONCERTS SUBSCRIPTIONS C (2 concerts) will be from 18th of July till 19th of August, 2012, both dates inclusive.
*The Miguel Poveda and Tomatito concerts are out of subscription.
Chaplin Cycle subscription(3 concerts)
IThree concerts included (Carmen and A Burlesque on "Carmen" / City Lights / Modern Times). The price is indicated in the SUBSCRIPTIONS TABLE [Chaplin Cycle subscription (3 concerts)]. This price has included a 20% discount on the overall price. Over 65 years will have an additional discount of 40% and those under 30 years, 15%.
The open sale of CHAPLIN CYCLE SUBSCRIPTION (3 concerts) will be from 18th of July till 19th of August, 2012, both dates inclusive.
Lied Cycle subscription (7 recitals)
Seven recitals included (Angelika Kirchschlager and Ian Bostridge / Elena Grajera / Amanda Roocroft / Matthias Goerne / Christiane Ivan / Anna Caterina Antonacci / Florian Bösch). The price is indicated in the SUBSCRIPTIONS TABLE [Lied Cycle subscription (7 recitals)].
The open sale of LIED CYCLE SUBSCRIPTION (7 recitals) will be from 5th till 26th of July, 2012, both dates inclusive.
TICKETS OPEN SALE
The open sale of tickets for all shows of the season 2012-2013 will be from September 4, except for the Lied Cycle which will start on September 6.
These tickets may be purchased in the ticket offices of Teatro de la Zarzuela and INAEM Network Theatres. Also the acquisition of these tickets can be made through the phone line enable to that effect +34 902 22 49 49 and through internet using www.entradasinaem.es.
Discount for groups
Groups from 50 people will have 50% discount for programmed zarzuelas, operas, Ballet Nacional de España and Compañía Nacional de Danza. The capacity available for groups is limited. In zarzuela, these tickets may be reserved from the following dates:
- ¡Ay, amor!, from 05/09/12 for: 28/09/12, 30/09/12, 12/10/12, 14/10/12
- El Juramento, from 23/10/12 for: 29/11/12, 06/12/12, 14/12/12, 16/12/12
- La Reina Mora / Alma de Dios, from 18/12/12 for: 27/01/13, 03/02/13, 07/02/13, 10/02/13
- Marina, from 15/02/13 for: 04/04/13, 07/04/13, 11/04/13, 14/04/13
Must make the reservation by sending your request to the fax number +34 915 245 412 (Departmente of subscriptions and tickets). Groups will be allocated in order of arrival and time of registration in the Theatre. It is necessary that tickets reserved for groups are paid, at least, one week in advance. Reservations not paid in the period will be automatically cancelled. Reserved tickets can only picked up at the ticket office of this Theatre.
Other discounts
For all shows programmed at Teatro de la Zarzuela, except recitals of Lied Cycle and Miguel Poveda and Tomatito concerts, will apply the discounts specified bellow:
Over 65 years (in all sale channels) -50%
Under 30 years (in all sale channels) -30%
Large-family
(only at the ticket offices of the INAEM Theatres)
(on single tickets no other discounts) -50%
(on discount tickets Audience day) -10%
(on subscriptions) -20%
Upon entering the Theatre must have the appropriate accreditation as may be denied access if not.
Audience day
(Generally two Wednesday of the peerformances of each title of zarzuelaand opera, except Viento es la dicha de Amor, which will be on Tuesday), 50% discount already included in the ticket price. These days are marked on the calendar with this sign E. These discounts are not cumulative.
Ticket office
The sale of subscriptions and tickets is limited, for each title, to a total of 6 per person or a box. The acquisition can be made directly at the ticket office of the INAEM Network Theatres (Auditorio Nacional de Música, Teatro María Guerrero, Teatro Pavón, Teatro Valle-Inclán y Teatro de la Zarzuela), at its usual times of advance sales (check billboard). The Teatro de la Zarzuela ticket office is located in the lobby of the Theatre (Jovellanos, 4 – 28014 Madrid). Hours of advance sales: from 12 AM till 6 PM, only. Saturdays and Sundays, from 3 PM till 6 PM. During the performance days, the time of sale for the show will be from 12 PM untill the start of it. Saturdays and Sundays without performances, the ticket office will be closed. For more information about availability of tickets: +34 915 245 472.
Telephone sales
Also, the acquisition of subscriptions and sigle tickets for all events scheduled in this theatre can be made, on the dates previously established, every day of the year through the phone line enabled to that effect, from 10 AM to 10 PM; phone: +34 902 22 49 49. Tickets purchased through this system can be collected at the INAEM Network Theatres or in their own ticket offices: Auditorio Nacional de Música, Teatro María Guerrero, Teatro Pavón, Teatro Valle-Inclán and Teatro de la Zarzuela.
Internet sales
These tickets can be purchased through internet using www.entradasinaem.es.
Payment
The payment will be commonly used in the National Theatres: cash, credit card or bank transfer. It's recommended to keep the tickets carefully because its replacement won't be possible for any loss, damage or destruction. Also, you can not make any claim after removing the ticket from the ticket office. The only permissible reason for the refund of the tickets amount will be the cancellation of the show, not its postponement.
